Partnership is not a fancy word for “consulting” - it means whatever you need it to mean. We work alongside you to develop self-sustaining solutions, whether that requires a few hours each week or every day for months.
Good research provides clarity and certainty in decision-making. This can be especially helpful in areas like strategy, product development, and efficiency of resources (both human and capital). We have experience reducing risk and increasing confidence in decisions as small as a feature launch and as large as a platform architecture change or full go to market strategy.

Companies who need to do research or build research muscle, but do not need full-time researchers. We guide you from your first research project to your first research hire.
Research teams that are scaling up their practice. We have expertise building and scaling research programs at hypergrowth companies. We will work with you to figure out the right operating model and build the structure needed to get things running.

How does partnership help?
Good research is like flossing - everyone agrees that it’s important, but many people do not make time for it. We offer structured research partnerships to a select number of companies where we can act as a player/coach within the organization - providing guidance on how to plan and execute research, as well as leading these initiatives if necessary.
These engagements are done on either a project or retainer basis and have specific problem spaces or decisions associated with them. Partnership is available remotely or on-site, based on the company’s need and the studio’s availability.
